The Benzie Area Historical Society and the Benzie Area Historical Museum and Don are sponsoring a Postcard Collectors Event on August 18, 2007 at the Benzie Area Historical Museum.

The collector's afternoon portion of this event will be at the Museum and run from 2:00PM to 5:30PM. Consider brining your Benzie County regional cards for others to look at and meet your fellow Collectors! If anyone has any Postcards that they might wish to Sell or Trade, please feel free to do so but the actual “purpose” of this event purely is to have people with a common interest in our wonderful community, bring their Postcards for other Collectors to look at, sharing in the camaraderie of being a Benzie County Postcard Collector.

An evening session will be open to the public, as part of the 2007 Benzie Area Historical Society Summer Program Series, from 7:00PM to 8:30PM, and it is our hope that many of you Postcard Collectors, will consider sharing your cards and the wonderful memories they create or reinstate, with the residents of and visitors to Benzie County!
